Drew is a practical, solutions-focused project manager with over 20 years of experience delivering residential, commercial, fit-out, and specialty construction projects across New Zealand and abroad. His portfolio spans everything from heritage sites and sports facilities to contaminated land remediation and bespoke developments - including milestone work at Miramar Links on their redevelopment.

Known for his honest, steady, and hands-on leadership style, Drew brings clarity to complex builds through strong communication, impartial decision-making, and deep technical knowledge. His background also includes managing operations on luxury superyachts, where he catered to high-end clientele - and became a certified sommelier along the way.

Drew holds Site Safe construction supervisor and first aid certificates, NZS 3910 conditions of contract training, and STCW certifications in personal safety, first aid, and firefighting. He’s also a multiple podium finisher in European boarder cross events.

Outside of work, Drew is a grounded family man with a strong connection to his community, actively involved in local football and passionate about snowboarding, surfing, and golf. A longtime fan of The Shawshank Redemption and raised on a steady dose of Led Zeppelin, Drew brings the same quiet determination to the job site that he does to the mountains or the ocean.
