About Jake
Jake Oram is a solid PM with a laser focus on health and safety, leading high-performing project teams across some of the country’s most recognised builds. From managing new builds and fit-outs for big names KFC to delivering new school builds for the Ministry of Education - like Kuranui College in the Wairarapa and Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Rito - Jake brings calm, control and clarity to every site he steps on.
He’s known for getting (good) sh*t done, keeping programmes on track, stakeholders aligned, and risks under control. A stickler for doing things the right way - especially when it comes to safety - Jake’s approach ensures that projects are delivered without compromise.
Outside of work, he’s a sharp-witted bloke with a dry sense of humour, dad to two cats, and the kind of team player you want beside you on (and off) site.
