BPM is happy to report, we’re nearing completion on this smart new residential development in the heart of Auckland. With most units now finished and only final touch-ups and a light clean-up remaining, the project is looking sharp both inside and out. Acting as the funder’s QS, we’ve supported the delivery from early cost planning through to the final handover—keeping budgets on point and the build on track.
